Sparrow offers two one-off reviews for established, owner-led businesses. Both give you an independent view. Which one is right depends on what you are trying to understand.

The Outside Read looks across the business when you want an independent perspective, want to uncover blind spots, or know something needs attention but cannot yet see the shape of the problem.

The AI Fit looks more closely at the work itself when you suspect time or effort could be reduced, want to know where AI or automation could genuinely help, or need clarity on what should stay human and where to start.

An honest read on your business.

A one-off review across five dimensions of your business, based on what you share in an in-depth conversation and through the relevant material.

The review covers:

Commercial clarity and exposure
Operations and capacity
Market position and visibility
Leadership and decision-making

You receive: a written review with a verdict across all five areas, prioritised next steps and a debrief call.

You get a clear outside view. What you do with it next is entirely your call.

A workflow review

The AI Fit

Where AI fits in your work, and where it doesn't.

A one-off review of how a few of your actual workflows run, built from what the people doing the work say rather than how the process looks on paper.

The review covers:

Current state and workflow reality
Opportunities for AI and automation
What not to change, and why
Readiness and tool direction
Where to start, and the boundaries

You receive: workflow maps, a verdict on each workflow, an opportunity register, clear next steps and a debrief call.

The answer might be AI, automation, a simpler process, or no change at all. Knowing which is the point of the review.

Meet Suz and Sparrow

Sparrow is run by Suz Rowley, who has spent more than two decades working alongside leaders and teams across defence, digital, hospitality, IT, investment management and construction. More than fifteen of those years were with a large multinational. Suz is Prosci change certified and project-management trained.

Sparrow is deliberately small. No handoffs, no account managers, no junior delivery. The person you speak with is the person who does the thinking and delivers the work.
